Please join the Financial Aid Office for the File Your FAFSA event! A Macomb Community College student aid expert will be available at both South Campus (G-236) & Center Campus (H-108) to provide assistance, information and answer questions.
High School seniors, interested underclassmen, and your families are encouraged to attend.
What will you need to fill out a FAFSA form?- Your Social Security number
- Your Alien Registration number (if you're not a U.S. citizen)
- Your federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned (Note: You may be able to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA form using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool)
- Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
- An FSA ID to sign electronically
If you are a dependent student, then you'll also need most of the above information for your parent(s).
